Messed up, had a Hershey bar ☹️ why do we do this

Habits, availability, lack of planning. Not keeping ourselves full of healthy food. "no treats" attitude causes backlash. I did it all the time - then the vending machine people bumped up the cost to A DOLLAR! Makes me stop and think before I stick that dollar into the machine for 230 calories not getting me toward my goal. Now I have chocolate kashi bars and a black bean protein brownie that I eat instead - at least there is protein and fiber in with the chocolate. Also have the chocolate vegan protein powder that I mix with coffee as a 3rd option. Hang in there!

I’d hardly call that a “mess up”.... you’ll still lose fat by the end of the week as long as you continue your deficit
