Well I have made it to my first goal of 25 pounds. I am now working of my next goal of another 30 pounds. This last 2 pounds is thanks to the snow that I had to shovel for 2 1/2 hour to get my car out of our parking lot. it has now been a month with no junk food and pop and watching what I eat.
140.2 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 40.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
