Decided to designate today as a rest day from the gym. I still got out for a brief walk as the weather was beautiful. A bit windy for my taste, but I'll take it over the snow and ice any day. Just as well I am on a reprieve today. Legs feel fatigued. I could be not drinking enough water. I will have slug down some more.

I love my crockpot. It is so nice to be away doing errands, chores going to work and coming home and the apartment smells delicious. Boom. Part of the main course done. I have been eating a lot of my vegetable penne pasta, but that is because I had so much of it left after making it one day. Dinner tonight is pork loin roast, the veggie pasta with a sprinkling of goat cheese on top.
