Deserve Victory's Journal, 26 Jun 12

This entry is actually for yesterday. I was really tired last night and forgot to do my journal entry. Yesterday was one of the first times we had actual summer weather. The sun was out, no clouds, slight breeze, so after class I joined a few classmates for a beer on the patio of the campus pub. It was amazing :)

Today's Goal: I did make a mini parfait for breakfast instead of picking up the usual scone. But I didn't have time to make coffee so I still bought that.

Tomorrow's Goal (Which is actually today because this entry is late): Do some yoga/pilates and stretch out my stiff leg muscles[/color]

Food:
Breakfast: Yogurt/little bit of bran cereal/blueberries, coffee
Lunch: Yam fries and beer
Dinner: Quinoa Veggie bake (Quinoa, broccoli, zucchini, green onion, acorn squash, butternut squash, sprinkle of cheese)
Snack: Apple
Water: 4 Bottles =4L
