Today I reached my first goal. Under 200 lbs. YEAH!! I haven't been under this weight for 20 years. It feels good. Logging in every day has been a great help. Also hearing what so many of you have accomplished is inspiring. Thanks for the help in plugging along to a healthier lifestyle.
90.6 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 18.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
