Woke at 212.4, up .8 from yesterday. Will fast until lunch as I have a business lunch. Will choose FMD ingredients and will reassess when I get home. UPDATE: Had the salad shown elsewhere for lunch and did lots of coffee and water. Also had a Diet Dr. Pepper. Forgot that FMD allows only tea and water until it was too late. I'm staying with coffee but I'll lay off the soda for another day! Came home at 212.6, so the salad didn't make much of a dent. Ate right on calorie goal.
