Well it might be 10 something in the morning but I've had breakfast yay go me.. To some it might sound weird me cheering myself for having breakfast but... I haven't really eaten breakfast for years. Since I was anorexic. I'm still not entirely sure how I've gone from being that and not eating anything.. to just over 3 stone over weight. I blame that adult tonic when I was 8 years old.. enough rambling breakfast 2/3 days is a good start. Just need to carry it on.. however hard it is to do 😐 it seems to help me some how. have a good day everyone xx
