Netty Crellin's Journal, 10 Apr 18

Well it might be 10 something in the morning but I've had breakfast yay go me.. To some it might sound weird me cheering myself for having breakfast but... I haven't really eaten breakfast for years. Since I was anorexic. I'm still not entirely sure how I've gone from being that and not eating anything.. to just over 3 stone over weight. I blame that adult tonic when I was 8 years old.. enough rambling breakfast 2/3 days is a good start. Just need to carry it on.. however hard it is to do 😐 it seems to help me some how.
