HooYaa!!!! I've finally reached my next, interim, goal of 275 lbs!!! Having stalled, and regained some of my lost weight, this makes me feel fantastic. HooYaa!!! I won't rest on my laurels, but I will bask in the victory, for a few days; prior to setting a new goal. :-) Continuing to eat healthy, has to be a way of life, because the alternative reared it's ugly head, in the form of weight gain, when I fell off the wagon for a few weeks. Vigilance to this way of life, is the key to success, even if you do fall off the wagon, whether it be planned, or unplanned. Have a great day everyone. :-) Oh, and one more time; HooYaa!!! :-D
