Busy day today! I had a fun time with my friend today - we cooked one of those mail-order dinners which was weirdly setup to use as many pans as possible! We ate a nice chicken dinner. My brother gave me a free coupon one time so I have these before but my friend actually signed up to try it. They send the food every week for 2 or 3 meals depending on what you sign up for. I liked what I got, I liked what my friend got and shared but we both decided that it is too expensive given that we both live near abundant fresh foods at our local groceries. Any way, that was 600 calories for dinner. Didn't lose anything this week - gained a little back. So, back to the numbers, no more bread stuffs (will try! I still have a couple of bagels and a croissant!). The numbers worked out so that if I had stuck to the eating plan I might have lost a pound with all the exercise I did. Back to the drawing board!
