Slept well, up at 8:30 and headed out to the spa to exercise. Angie here at 9:30 and we stated cleaning the house, changed bed, vacumed the house and then steam mopped everywhere except the area rugs. Did 3 loads of laundry and put away and did vegetable prep for next weeks meals and later today and tomorrow will get stuff made to be used all week. Way less temptation to eat off plan. Will talk to Eloise tonight about her day.
8Patty.... please have some scallops for me and of course some lobster. You are making me green with envy!
