Yesterday was a very busy day. I went for my physical. My doctor said I really do not have much weight to lose at all, despite having very little belly fat (which is the most important place to lose from).

She said, having hip fat is very important for women and overall health. She said the absolute lowest she would want me to weight would be 120lbs but would ideally like to see me weight between 120-130.

I was shocked when they measured my height, because I am now 5'1 1/2"! In high school, my height was 5'3 1/2" - I've lost 2 inches with age. It does not help I have osteopenia.

After the doctors visit, I went to hang out with a friend and we took a walk. It was nice outside.

By the time, my husband and I got home we started working around the house. We hung a few door mirrors on our closets. A project that had been stalled when we ran out of hardware (the store near us only sells so many packages!). We finally hung one mirror on his closet door too. Now I can dance in front of a mirror when I dancercise!

We rearranged our closets for spring and are preparing our home for the longer daylight months by adding full spectrum lighting (5000 kelvin) to the more important rooms. This is very exciting as it changes the color of the lighting and gives the room a brighter, blue white light that simulates natural daylight.
