Last summer I weighed 239 and today I tip in at 191. Wow. Starting walking and jogging but that hurt my legs despite losing 7 lbs. I then cut back on my meal portions and in Dec started intermittent fasting combined with some exercise, and a shift to a high fat, mod protein, low carb diet. That was almost 50lbs ago!!!
