I am recovering from my knee injury. Tried to jog for a little bit today and did OK. I am going to try to jog again twice next week for 30 min each time and add more incline walking to complete one hour training. Leg training is out of question. Keeping my eating under control and walking each day + weight training for upper body twice a week does the trick. Lets shed thouse pounds once and for all LOL
