Drinking alot more water..usually getting in 126oz or more daily.. Plus coffee, I have removed diet sodas completly for now. Time to watch this weight start dropping at a good speed. Need to try harder to get in foundation veggies EVERY day. So ready for the new challenge coming up in 2 days..hopefully with a few buddies help I can keep on track better and get to moving the scale in a downward spiral!!

That is great about the water! Water is key! I find I crave it now. I still have only one cup of coffee in the morning and spend my evenings with sparkling water or tap water flavored with MIO. But my mid days are filled with diet coke. Gotta work on that.
