Yippee it's Friday!!! scale stayed the same this morning but my fat% went down - that's gotta be a good thing. I know, I'm not supposed to weigh myself everyday, but that works for me. I've tried the weekly weigh in approach and it just doesn't do it. That's how I gained this extra weight - I was weighing myself once a week and then it went to every two weeks and it eventually went to me not weighing myself at all!! Weighing myself everyday reminds me to keep on track and focused on my lifestyle change - "be mindful of what you put in your mouth today, Renee".
Does anyone else weigh everyday??? Am I being too obsessive??
