good morning - started, failed and further failed....starting today = please help! i really love cheddar cheese and omlettes - does anybody have a recommendation for a great sharp tasting cheddar cheese? thanks

Kraft makes a really good shredded 2% cheese, would be good in your omelette. I love sliced pepper jack cheese, it adds a little zest to the omelette. Don't buy the brick and shred, it has too many fat grams, have to use the slices. Good luck, it's worth it once you get rolling!!!

Our grocery store carries a Cracker Barrell brand of sharp cheddar that is very sharp. They even have a 2%.

I love the Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar slices and shredded cheese.The brick tastes too weird!! Also I have heard that Cabot brand is very good.

Ya, I think I mentioned the kraft 2% to you too, it's great, or get the 2% sharp cheddar for even more zip. I started to use more chili powder, garlic, Spanish paprika to my eggs and omelette's and I don't miss the salt or the cheese when I do that!
