Thanks I've been strict with the diet for past 3 months, mainly beans, rice, whole wheat, fruits, veggies, and ocassional seafood steamed plain, no fried foods no meat, dairy eggs oil. For the past 3 months, cut out the vegan protein bars, and soy protein wondering if thats contributing to my lack of cravings, it is amazing I have no sugar or fat cravings since cutting out vegan protein bars and soy products I'm thinking that the processed stuff vegan protein bars was slowing my weight loss program it seems to be speeding up now oops I hope i didnt speak too soon hope it continues!
