Now I'm starting to see what has been keeping me from losing weight. Fast food. With our business, my husband and I are always on the road and therefore, we grab quick bites from fast food restaurants probably 3-5 times a week. I'm a fan of the premium crispy chicken sandwich combo from McDonald's. We stopped by McDonald's for lunch as usual today, but this time I went inside and looked at the nutritional facts listed on the back of the tray mats. That sandwich and fries together total over 900 calories! I chose a McNugget kids meal instead. Not that it's healthier by any means, but I've gotta take baby steps. 420 cal is better than 900. But even better would be for me to choose something that it a more nutritious. Getting there...
