Feelin' good!!
Went to the gym today for the first time in ages! Think i might ache tomorrow but it will be worth it!
Gonna have an early night! Am knackered!

Well done you - hope you you don't ache too much tomorrow! That's just what I need to do - if nothing else I feel really sick that we're paying out over £100 per month membership for about two visits each month to the pool with our little boy!! Hope you have a great week, and see that gain come off again!
