Ate too much had big breakfast, eggs, burger. Potatoes, large lunch roast beef sand potat chips sweet tea, macaroni. For supper chili and pork chop, crackers with cream cheese and butter!
Exercise Ride hot chao Starbucks coffee coffee coffee golf exercise machine!!
73.1 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
