Really Pee'd off today.
Stupidly i got on the scales only to find that ive actually put on weight!
B*****ks. So i ate 3 biscuits and 2 very small chocolates. Do i feel better? YES. Do i regret it, oh yes!
Gonna go and take the boys out for a long walk and then go to the gym this afternoon for the first time since my accident! Woohoo. Ill sleep well tonight!
