Adding raspberry ketones...tiny scoop here and there...will see....there does seem to be a link with eating a bit more on some days and a subsequent noticed weight loss...increasing the fire in the oven from time to time

Go hun..lost 11 pounds in 5 weeks! So proud! So glad to have you working on it too!
