I feel off the wagon for a bit but I am back on and this time going to take it one day at a time.

144.7 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg. Still to go: 60.8 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

Gaining 0.4 kg a Week

Welcome back!! You have a great attitude and one-day at a time is what I do also. I think it works out much better and less stress. Just stay focused and you will do just fine!
