So my last journal entry stated I had lost inches but gained weight. The scale was WRONG! Weighed in at work the next day and it said 175 and yesterday weighed with the trainer on his two scales and the result was what it should be 173.8 lbs :-) On my way! Yesterday I rowed on my machine for 26 mins, played a softball game at ten and later that afternoon went to my exercise class. It was a good day and I'm feeling the pain (some sore arm and back muscles). Some cheating did go on :-)
