Divided By Zero's Journal, 07 Apr 10

For the first time in a long time, I recorded what I ate. Surprisingly I'm exactly where I want to be.

My totals came out to...

Calories: 1755
Fat: 82g
Carbs: 114g
Pro: 154g
Fiber: 34g
Sugar: 53g (all but 6g comes from fruit, veg, & dairy)

This is what I eat Monday-Friday. Now if I could just keep from going too crazy on the weekends I think I'll start to see some good progress.

Wow that's good but for some reason I've just stopped recording my stuff. But once I download the app for my phone maybe I'll get that house back in order.

Great job recording! Keep it up, it helps (at least it does for me). Any races coming up soon?

I've been thinking about that. I lost a lot of motivation when I couldn't run. That was just 'my thing'. I went out for a long run this weekend, and I'm going to make it a habit. I'm thinking about training for another half marathon, but I'm not in a rush to sign up at this point. The good thing about my monotonous diet is that I don't have to record too much. I eat the same thing M-F. I tend to go a bit crazy on the weekends, but hopefully not too much that it offsets my work during the week.

I think I'll have to learn from your example. If I'm ever too injured to practice martial arts I'm not sure what my motivation will be! Oh, and nice work on recording the food. It is a chore, but an important one! Keep this up and you'll be lighter than me again in no time. :)
