I'm just beginning to monitor my caloric intake and I think this will definitely help me identify my trouble areas and help me work towards my weight goal. Today I realized that one of my major weak points is soda! I try not to buy them regularly, but everytime my mother comes to visit, she brings a 12-pk of soda and I go to town. I really saw the impact that calories from soda can have on my daily caloric intake and it can be the difference between me staying under my target calories and going over. So, my challenge going forward will be to limit the amount of sodas I drink and replace with calorie-free WATER!
