i am up a pound..i might have over eaten by 200 calories last week but i should have had a loss. made some low carb banana not muffins, not very good the artificial sugar caused an after taste and i want to try sugar alcohol next time or cut back on the artificial sugar. i am going to stop fruit and nuts for a while and see what happens/ the muffin was very filling and i didn't have any dizziness or light headedness..need to see what happens in the poo;..i also took molasses today with 12 carbs.
