I really need to do this for myself. I seem to constantly start some kind of diet but give up after a couple of weeks. I am about to turn 35 and I don't want to get older and fatter. I want to be proud of myself and what I look like. I need to prove to myself that I can stick to it this time!

hi TamilaS. in reading your journal I see the word diet, perhaps that is the reason "you give up after a couple of weeks". What you may need to do is change your thought process and tell yourself it is a life style change. One of which you are changing your eating habits, your physical appearance. I have faith that you can do this. Remember moderation and portion control, plus find exercises that you enjoy. Take care and good luck
