Slept well, up at 7:00 am as have things to do this am. Went to bank, murrays, bucks, Walmart and bilo. Then home and had to bring everything in and sine I was already out in the w/c rolled up and down the street a few time for both a great upper body workout but equally as much with the legs haven't spoke to Angie yet and will talk to Eloise later.
