So I have been on my weight loss journey since January 27,2012.I have lost over 30 lbs and I feel great.I am really learning from my past mistakes this time around.Also my "weight loss" journey is now just my "lifestyle". I eat everything I love I use moderation with unhealthy food and i do have my slip ups .I've done this everytime I've lost weight and got healthy.Only difference now is I don't hate myself when I gain 2 lbs.I just start being healthy again and lose that and more the next weigh in.It's hating ourselves and doubting ourselves that makes us gain it all over again.This is my 4th time losing 30-40+ lbs and it will be the last.I am also determined to stick to this lifestyle so i can help others and become a nutrition expert or trainer someday.
