I hope I am finallly getting back in to the groove of things. I'm trying to figure my meals and snacks out without having to log every single meal - this is hard for me to do because of my job. On days I know I will be tempted or have events that revolve around food - I will log - so I can keep myself accountable for what I am eating.

I really am tired of this yo-yo'ing. I have got to find what works for me and get this weight off. I am once again on blood pressure medicine.

I just pray that God gives me the guidance and helps me stay focused on what needs to be done.
