When I stay home I want to make that! I love left-overs for breakfast and that looks like a left-over salad? Makes my mouth water.

Lol! Although it looks like leftovers it was fresh! Just a cup of frozen mixed veggies, and about a cup and a half of fresh chopped broccoli topped with some queso blanco...I wrap it in clingwrap, and microwave for about 2 minutes...and it steams veggies and melts the cheese so nicely! Takes 2 secs to prep, and it's an amazing breakfast!😄
