im afraid to get on the scale. its too soon. its only day day 3. i promised that i would weigh myself on sundays. gotta keep to my word. i am feeling better, more energetic. nd wow my sleep is like so much better. its crazy what food does to our bodies.. well , keeping my fingers crossed. til Sunday..

I only weigh in once a week or sometimes every two weeks. Works better got me. Joined app on March 1 but have lost 25 lbs since Jan 15

Just remember that your weight will fluctuate due to water weight, full bladder, no bowel mvement. Find Deadpool12345's page and read his latest journal entry. It will help you understand how and why the scale will sometimes lie to you! You can do this!! You are a rock star!!

Started with low carb diet Valentine's day and I lost 10 lbs. It's all in the carbs! Keep your carb intake between 20-40g and you will loose it. It is hard if you are a chocolate and bread junkie like me. Fruits are poison too stay away. Nuts eat only pecan , it has the least carb. No more swollen legs and no more sleepy feeling after food. Don't give up Poison1vy , you will get there.

Thank you majlat.. im not giving up. Im tired of looking at that stranger in the mirror. The swelling in my legs is actually a lot better. I no longer have elephant ankles in the morning. Im walking faster, my exercises are getting more fluid. Most of all i have been under my carb mark for the last two days.. im getting excited.. and hopeful. But all in all im keeping at it because of peoole like urself.. thank you for the support, lord knows we all need it.

Elifteacher, I actually wait a week because its a goal that i set for myself. Not only does it give me purpose to get through the week ,keep exercising and watching my intake but its like walking into the unknown, its exciting,scary but can also be a reward. Either way I just prefer to give myself something to work towards.

Yeah you're really right. Sometimes I lose 200 grams and get it back the next day. And it makes me mad😣 I should get on scale per a week to see the real result..

Elifteacher, just remember we are trying to lose per week.. u got this.. it is a real motivator as u wait to weigh in. U have more pep in ur step.. its psychological to, endorphins help as well as we anticipate the excitement and fear of our weekly finale..lol
