Ate a modest lunch of a pork chop, an avocado, and a ketone bar. Targeting about 1300 calories today to catch up to my daily average for the month. UPDATE: Came in the door after work at 215.0, so the waking weight is today's low. Ate a small dinner and got back to calorie and macro goals.
