Weekly weigh-in this morning has me down a little over two pounds since last Monday; I'll take it!
Wasn't perfect this week: I snacked a little after dinner a couple nights even though I wasn't really hungry, over-did it on the pork rinds one afternoon and dipped into a couple of chocolate truffles for dessert Friday night. But a loss on the scale always motivates me to tighten right back up and stay the course.
Perfect is the enemy of good. Even if we stray a bit from the path, if we can steer it right back, we'll be ok. It's what we do on a CONSISTENT basis that shows up on the scale.
