So, today I have officially started my weight loss plan. I haven't gone to the gym today, but I DID skip french fries, replaced cake with pinapples at lunch, and replaced juice with water. I guess that's a start! I've decided to limit myself to once glass of juice a day, and french fries once a week to start off (I live off of college campus cafeteria food, so dieting isn't easy!)
