Today I decided to try the Judd diet and this is really my last ditch effort. Nothing I own fits and I am going to see if this will work. I would appreciate finding a buddy who is doing it. I calculated my caloric intake on his site and found I need to do 2098 on my up day and 430 on my down day. Today is my first day and I will probably do the up day because I have a pot roast in the crock pot and had two toaster waffles for breakfast.
