You could cut the pizza slices in half and have like, 1 small half (1/4th slice??) fractions aren’t my strong point.... anyways 1 half half slice each day of the week, so small amounts of pizza that won’t be overkill on your diet, let you eat pizza, but still allow flexibility for other stuff through the week to allow a calorie deficit to still exist 🤓

I’ve gained 5lbs just from water weight the day after eating a large meal. For every 1 gram of carbohydrates, usually 3 grams of water weight will come from that on average. so if anyone gains 2,3,6 lbs the next day from eating, don’t freak out! It usually water weight/poop/glycogen. 👍🏻

Jitterbug23 —I make my own pizza sauce and freeze it in silicone ice cube trays then just put them in a baggie . Each cube is just enough to adequately cover a 6 inch whole wheat pita. Then I add green and red peppers and onion. Each pita gets about a 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. That way no leftovers and I’m satisfied.
I have to admit that I haven’t calculated carbs/calories on that particular food item, but I love the taste and the crunch. I actually prefer mine to resturaunt or takeout. I use as many no salt added items as I can so I know it is certainly a little healthier for me personally. Good luck- the pizza sauce is one that I have adapted from a blog site called OhSweetBasil.com I hope you take a look and see if it is suitable for you. You can’t go through life feeling deprived. We adapt to our needs.

I love pizza so am really appreciating my mini pizzas these days, with a cream cheese/egg 'crust' topped with cheese and a touch of sauce and pizza spices.
