So, I have trouble with portion sizes, which yeah...no shocker there. But one of the things I have A LOT of trouble over-eating is tacos! I love, love, love family taco night. But tonight, I used leaf lettuce as a substitute for taco shells to save some calories. Then I just used some shredded cheese, taco sauce and avocado slices. Also, I DID NOT overeat. I know it's stupid but I'm majorly proud of myself!!!!
Looking forward to my first "official" weigh-in under this new account. Hope I see some drop, even if it's tiny. I technically weighed myself a week ago, but I weighed with clothes on at work. I like to normally weigh first thing in the morning in my birthday suit.
Small victories. I'll take it!
