I made a soup with the leftover pico de guello, taco meat and cheese we made last night. Added bacon bits, cream cheese and mayo to make it creamier. The boiled jalapeños seem stronger than last night. 😍🤯 I love spicy!!!

@mishell it was really good, creamy, filling and filled with flavor. The “pico” had mini sweet bell peps, jalapeño, tomato, onion, garlic, lime and tajin, and since I only boiled them until they were hot they remained kinda crunchy for a nice texture to the creamy soup.

@cranky it was tasty. I will be making this (minus the spicy peppers for the family, and add spice after)
