Well i was weak yesterday!! GRRRR. went eat at waffle house and i well ate way too many calories. You know when you have that feeling early that you are going to splurg? well i had that feeling for lunch when i was eating my soup. Knowing full well that it wouldn't hold me till supper and i was right. :( and i wanted to up my calories and it played with my mind alot too. Thinking that 1200-1500 calories is way too much to eat. but today is a new day and a fresh start.. :)
