I just completed a business trip to Germany and a vacation in Kauai, back to back.
Germany was very difficult particularly given the huge amount of bread eaten by germans and little access to quality fats. Kauai however is an easy destination in terms of keto. The challenge is avoiding the cocktails and rice although not too difficult if you are adapted.
My friends who arrived earlier introduced me to the Kauai Juice company. What a find! They have a cashew butter conciction which is amazing and full of MCT. The jar did not include macros but I will share if I can find it online.
