Too much food. I feel bloated, so much for the new low. Working out hardcore!

I don't know about you, but that full, bloated feeling used to be the way I felt every day before I started eating right. I knew I didn't feel good, but I thought being hungry would feel worse. I never knew there was this state of not over-full and not starving that I could achieve. It is still kind of a wierd feeling, but so, so, so much better than that ick, bloated feeling. Go get your workout in, girl, and you'll feel much better. Have a good weekend!!

Yeah, well I ate well, exercised and did everything right all week, and my weight went up. Not happy.
