Cold showers last two nights. High fat, high calorie. Lipase twice with smoothie, once with dinner. Pilates started Monday. No terribly full feeling even with ridiculous amount of calories.
72.4 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
