When I increased my carbs again I lost more weight. And I had been wobbling around for a while at my previous carb level. Several people told me that would happen but I was skeptical until I did it. Moving to OWL sounds like a good way to boost your weight loss.

Yes, many people have found that moving to OWL allowed them more weight loss than if they stayed on induction. Induction is intended to teach your body to burn fat for energy. If you have succeeded this and no longer have sweet cravings, by all means move up.

Makes me think about moving up but I have so much still to lose. How do you know when to move on to OWL?
