I am 'mostly' sticking to my new (and crazy) plan. Life usually has a way of interfering, and that came in the form of being drunk dialed around 1AM this morning. Needless to say I did not wake up bright-eyed and bushy tailed.
I decided to get some extra sleep, and then skipped my sprint workout so I would get to work on time. I got to work with a bit of time to spare, so instead of instantly going in I went to the stairwell (5 floors) and did three sprints to the top floor (walking back down to catch my breath). I stopped at 3 so that I wouldn't be sweaty going into the office, but at least I got a little bit of a workout in this morning. I think I'll do another set of 3 at lunch to make up for skipping my AM workout.
