I've been at the gym most days as usual I just lost the motivation to keep posting work outs on here. I have weight gain, but I've been eating well for the most part. Little confused, but trainer said it's muscle and to stop worrying or I won't lose weight. Didn't hit the gym today because we had concerts after school so I had to stay and help, but I practiced my deadlifting and weightlifting by carrying percussion equipment and 2 cases of water at a time.
I'm reading Primal Blueprint, so I am trying to get more in touch with my cavewoman, trying to eat mostly paleo for as long as possible, although they do recommend the 80/20 where 20% of your meals can be a little off the paleo-beaten path.
Also, someone tried telling me today that all of the almost 40 pounds I've lost was JUST water. My clothes beg to differ.
