Looking ahead to the weekend and an Easter Menu. Making a Roast Leg of Lamb, Sweet Potato Casserole (which my family loves, but I won't be eating) roasted Spaghetti Squash, Green Beans w/ Almond slivers and a nice big salad. Oh, and of course, ...Deviled Eggs! Even I can have some appetizers...and I forgot, scallops wrapped in bacon! I think that's the whole menu.

So if you celebrate Easter...what are you having???
