Very impressive. Good job. Especially with your leg in a brace. You could have easily sat around being immobile doing nothing but packing in the lbs. but losing 20 is awesome!

@Xyz54321 Just doing Keto/LCHF, but my calories are all over the place, between 400s-1900s. Some days I just have no appetite at all. I've been doing stretching and resistance band exercising since I can't really do much on standing up.
