I worked out at the Y today. I walked on the treadmill for 15 minutes. I worked out on machines for about 15 minutes and I rode the bicycle for 11 minutes (1 mile). I ate out twice and stayed on my food plan. It was a fun day but a busy one. I need to spend some time planning more and making out menus ahead of time or I'm going to end up having a slip up.
The Beck Diet Solution task for the day was to set up an exercise plan. The exercise plan should include ideas for spontaneous exercise such as parking a distance from the store and walking farther or walking upstairs instead of taking the elevator as well as plans for planned exercising such as going to the gym, walking, doing workout DVD's at home,etc.
Also as usual continue with the previous days tasks. I hope my listing all these tasks is helpful to someone out there...Hope everyone had a beautiful day!
